In her five years at Allbirds, Allison built the Global Communications function, repositioned the brand from “wool shoe” to globally beloved sustainability thought leader, and saw the company through a successful IPO. During her time there, she was able to craft strategic and compelling innovation, product, brand and business narratives.

Prior to her time at Allbirds, Allison spent four years at Derris, a New York City-based PR agency, launching and scaling an array of consumer, tech, lifestyle and beauty brands, partnering closely with founders to bring their vision to life.
